jocuriclasice is a game. It exists to pass the time with a hand of cards or a board against a bot or a friend, and for nothing else. The cards and the dice are simulated, the opponents may be software, and the outcome of a game means exactly as much as the outcome of a hand at a kitchen table: nothing beyond the fun of it.

Nothing in this app is advice — not financial, not legal, not medical, not professional advice of any kind — and nothing in it should be relied on for any decision that matters.

No money is involved

There is no real-money play in jocuriclasice, at any point, in any mode. Points, scores, rankings, unlockables and seeds have no monetary value, cannot be bought, cannot be exchanged for money or for anything of monetary value, and cannot be transferred to anyone. Some tables cost seeds to enter and some award them; seeds are earned by playing and by nothing else. Championships and leaderboards award standing and seeds, and prizes of monetary value are never offered. See the terms and conditions.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that the law imposes and does not allow us to exclude. In particular we do not promise that:

• the app will always be available, or available without interruption;
• it will be free of bugs, and that every bug will be fixed;
• online matches will be free of disconnects, lag or unfinished games;
• your progress, scores or messages will never be lost;
• the app will work on every device, every OS version or every network;
• the computer opponents will behave the way you expect them to.

Card outcomes come from a random shuffle. A run of bad hands is chance, not a fault, and it is never evidence that the game is rigged against you.

Play at your own risk

You use jocuriclasice at your own risk, and you are responsible for how much time and attention you give it. Take breaks, keep an eye on the clock, and stop if playing stops being fun. Online play uses mobile data you pay for.

Other players

Display names, chat messages and reactions come from other people. An automatic word filter masks the words on our list before a message reaches you, and a display name that trips it is refused outright — but no person reads a message before you do, and a filter only ever catches what is on its list. We remove content that breaks our terms and conditions once it is reported, but we cannot promise you will never see something you dislike. Report it and we will act.

Limits of this disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent damage, or under Article 82 GDPR — and if you are a consumer in the European Union it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
