Entertainment only

jocuriclasice.ro is a game, operated by discusdev srl, for passing the time with cards or a board against a bot or a friend, and for nothing else. The cards and the dice are simulated, and the opponents may be software: any seat at an online table may be an automated player, as the terms and conditions explain. Nothing in this app is advice (financial, legal, medical or professional), and nothing in it should be relied on for any decision that matters.

No money is involved

There is no real-money play in jocuriclasice.ro, at any point, in any mode. Points, scores, rankings, frames, gifts, other unlockables and seeds have no monetary value, cannot be bought with money, cannot be sold, cashed out or exchanged for money or for anything of monetary value, and cannot be passed on to anyone. Seeds are earned inside the app (by playing, and through the small daily and progress rewards the app itself grants) and are never sold. Seeds spent in the app's shop buy in-game items only: a gift for another player gives that player an item, never seeds, so no seed ever moves from one account to another, and prizes of monetary value are never offered. See the terms and conditions.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that the law imposes and does not allow us to exclude. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of bugs, that online matches will be free of disconnects or lag, that your progress, scores or messages will never be lost, that it will work on every device, system or network, or that the computer opponents will behave as you expect. Card outcomes come from a random shuffle: a run of bad hands is chance, never evidence that the game is rigged against you.

Play at your own risk

You use jocuriclasice.ro at your own risk and decide how much time and attention you give it. Take breaks, and stop if playing stops being fun. Online play uses mobile data you pay for.

Other players

Display names, chat messages and reactions come from other people. A word filter masks the words on our list, and refuses a display name that trips it, but no person reads a message before you do, and a filter only catches what is on its list. We are not the author of what other players write and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, are not responsible for it. We remove content that breaks our terms and conditions once it is reported; report it and we will act.

Limits of this disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent damage, or under Article 82 GDPR), and if you are a consumer in the European Union it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
